SC. The Man's Book SRL referred to as "The Man's Book" is a legal entity organized under romanian law which manages the field www.themansbook.it, headquartered in Vanju Mare, str. The access to the website www.themansbook.it and its use are only subject to the terms and conditions contained in this document. Using the website as a visitor/user and making acquisitions of products offered on the website implies unreserved acceptance of these terms and conditions, with all the consequences resulting therefrom.
These terms and conditions contain the rules of a valid order, basic contractual terms of a possible agreement between seller and buyer that refers to purchases, orders placed in the online store. These terms and conditions are also governing the liability of the company which manages the online shop linked to the operation of the website. They are exclusive to these terms and conditions and any other clauses are void, unless the change was announced in advance, or if it was made in writing.

1. Defining the main concepts used
Seller - SC. THE MAN'S BOOK S.R.L;
User - all individuals and/or legal entities who access our online store, in private or business purposes;
Buyer - any person or entity that performs a command;
Goods and services - any product or service, including documents and services mentioned in the order, which will be supplied by the seller to the buyer as a result of the contract;
Command - an electronic document generated by the transmission of the buyer’s intention to purchase goods and services presented, to the seller in the online store through the website www.themansbook.it;
Contract - the distance contract that is concluded between seller and buyer, without the simultaneous physical presence of the seller and buyer;
Website - digital photos, texts, technical data, prices and other information that are on www.themansbook.it domain. Design and content of the website belong exclusively to S.C. THE MAN'S BOOK SRL and it is protected by intellectual property laws;
Misuse - use of our online store in a manner contrary to industry practice, the regulations or legislation in force or in any other way that may harm our company or other users.
2. Method of payment
Themansbook.it provides payment method via secure online payment system. The price paid by the Buyer is the price displayed on this website when Themansbook.it receives the order, except when an error occurs. All prices are in EURO and include VAT (20%). The purchase price shown on the invoice will be the same one presented on the site at the time of purchase. Delivery and shipping fees are supported entirely by the buyer, unless the orders are above 200 Euro, that is when the seller supports the delivery and shipping fees. The payment is by credit / debit card when placing the order online. If Themansbook.it finds a human nature error in the price of goods ordered, the buyer will be informed as soon as possible and will be offered the possibility to reconfirm the command with the correct price or canceling it. If Themansbook.it can not contact the buyer the order will be treated as canceled.
3. Contract amendment
The company that manages the shop www.themansbook.it has the right to change the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice required to the users in this regard, therefore we recommend reading the terms and conditions displayed on the website before every purchase. These changes are valid from the date of publication on the internet and can not be applied to contracts signed previously. For each order made on the site are valid the terms and conditions in force at the time of ordering. In case of a valid command, you accept, without exception, to read all the terms and conditions here. Wrong E-mail or telephone number means failure of the order because the seller is unable to contact the buyer.
Any such modifications shall be effective upon publication on the website. Using the website is considered as your acceptance regarding the terms and conditions published most recently. You have a responsibility to ensure that all the details you provide are correct, otherwise www.themansbook.it can not be held responsible for any delivery mistaken because of providing erroneous information.
4. Limitation of liability
As a result of legislation in force, the store has no responsibility regarding:
erroneous information provided by the buyer;
delays in delivery due to the supplier, courier or other reasons that are not depending on seller;
damage, destruction, loss occurring during transport to the buyer, which are the responsibility of the carrier;
possibility of contacting viruses by accessing the store or receiving e-mails or promotional purpose;
damage caused by the internet connection in using, copying or displaying website content and any disadvantages that may arise due to software errors or other technical problems arising from the server;
the content or nature of sites which links a customer to the online store.
We reserve the right to refuse an order at any time during the procedure ordering several reasons, including:
• the product ordered is not in stock
• detection of an error in the product information, including price or promotion.
If problems occur in an order we will contact you via email or telephone.
The website and all its elements: pictures, web graphics, text, programs, dynamic images, multimedia content on the site, logos, symbols, data and other, called collectively "Content", are protected by the law on copyright protection. Without our assent, the use of any item contained in this site shall be punished according to romanian laws: law no. 8/1996 on copyright law and related case, with subsequent amendments, Law no. 84/1998 - on trademarks and geographical indications case, with subsequent modifications and Law no. 129/1992 on the designs and drawings case, republished.
User/buyer is not allowed to copy, distribute, publish, transfer to third parties, modify and/or alter, use, link to, exposure, including any content in any other context than the original The Man's Book website, removing the signs that signify the copyright of The Man's Book SRL unless our express written consent is given.
Buyers/Users can copy, transfer and/or use the content only for personal or non-commercial purposes only if they do not conflict with the provisions of this document.
It is forbidden to use any content for other than expressly permitted in this document.
6. Force Major
Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform its contractual obligations, if such default is due to a force majeure event. Force majeure is unforeseeable, beyond the control of the parties and can not be avoided. If within fifteen days from the date of his respective event does not stop, each party shall be entitled to notify the other party rightful closure of the contract without any of them could ask for other damages. The party invoking force majeure must prove the impossibility of performing its obligations within 30 days from the date of the event.
7. Prior Legislation
Terms and Conditions here in shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania, any disputes arising between seller and user/buyer will be solved amicably or, if it will not be possible disputes shall be settled exclusively by the Romanian courts. These terms and conditions do not create or confer any rights or benefits enforceable to anyone who is not a party to this agreement.
